生活中許多人或多或少都會經歷“試圖改善生活，修正壞習慣或建立優良習慣”這一階段，但不少人對於習慣建立或改變都沒有正確的概念，以致于大多數的想法都沒辦法實現，其中“健身習慣”亦是其中之一。特別是現在大學生以及青年族群，面對著數位資訊轟炸，更是難以從眾多雜訊中抽離思考，更難以整理自身行為習慣養成的因素與環境。透過掌握現如今年輕族群的生活習慣與環境條件，分析推斷出真正影響他們行為習慣養成的阻礙因素，加以產品設計的輔助，幫助年輕族群逐步培養健身習慣。

從日常生活中粘著性最高的智能行動裝置結合居家智能運動器材，簡化并提高器材使用的易用性，包括使用方式以及習慣養成所需的記錄與回饋感，提高每次使用的滿足感與再使用率，從而達到運動習慣的良性循環，透過頻率與時間的堆疊最終養成習慣。
From the smart mobile device with the most sticky in daily life combined with the home intelligent sports equipment, simplify and improve the ease of use of the equipment, including the use of the use and the sense of recording and feedback required for habit formation, improve the satisfaction and reuse rate of each use, so as to achieve a virtuous cycle of exercise habits, through the stacking of frequency and time to finally form habits.

整體產品大致上導圓的造型更貼近居家產品的美觀，給人易於親近使用的造型體驗。大幅度的導圓中仍保留一定比例的直線是為了提高使用過程中使用者參考與調整角度的使用體驗。
